18th April 2023This training is aimed at staff members of EGT-TWINN project partners
Goal
This is a 2-day introductory course for project management. The course will give basic information on the European Union´s Framework programmes and their management. The ultimate objective is to provide improved management capability when applying for national, EU, and international research funding.
Why?
All projects need a good project manager who oversees the project’s day-to-day operations. This EGT-TWINN course provides a good start and a unique opportunity for EGT personnel to prepare future project proposals and understand practical project work. Good project planning and management will eventually lead to efficiency in project work and cost-time savings.

After the course, participants will better understand the management of large-scale EU projects. The participants will know the basis of controlled and efficient project development. Practical examples will explain good management practices and successful stakeholder cooperation.
