The overall objective of the EGT-TWINN project WP1 is to quarantee a smooth day-to-day running of the project.

This workpackage is responsible on the following: 

• sound management of administrative, financial, legal matters and IP matters;
• coordination of the technical activities of the project and efforts of partners;
• providing decision making, quality control and conflict resolution mechanisms to support the project’s consortium and its evolution; preparation, finalisation and maintenance of the Consortium Agreement;
• promoting gender equality in the project;
• preparation and submission of all the periodic activity and management reports;
• oversee IPR matters and exploitation planning; organising the project meetings and the final conference.

The WP1 is divided into 6 main tasks as follows:

• Task 1.1 Coordination of project activities
• Task 1.2 Reporting
• Task 1.3 Legal and financial management
• Task 1.4 Risk management
• Task 1.5 Gender issues
• Task 1.6 Ethichs management
