Objective of this WP is to secrure the transfer of knowledge, experience and work practices from senior scientists to early-career researchers at EGT.

The national geologicalsurveys from Denmark,Finland and United Kingdom have long and extensive experience in training of new staff to become independent and advanced professionals integrated in the national surveys and institutions. This will be achieved by exposing researchers at EGT to active networking activities and cooperation with other researchers in partner institutions, through periods of secondment, project involvement and contribution to workshops and conferences.
