The main aim is to improve the EGT’s competence in various fields of project management, including financial and legal management, as well as dissemination and exploitation of the results, with special emphasis in the management of the EU projects.

Several training and workshop sessions and staff visits will give a unique opportunity to EGT for preparation of future project proposals and for the practical project work. Training courses in “Scientific paper writing” and proposal writing to EGT staff will likely enhance EGT´s capacity to improve quantity (increase number of publications) and quality (publish in higher impact journals) of their scientific outputs, as well the success in future EU funded calls.

This workpackage is divided into 4 main tasks. 

• Task 4.1 Project management and dissemination skills
• Task 4.2 Project administration skills
• Task 4.3 Proposal writing skills
